Used in Herbal Medicine:

(1) as a hormone normaliser to help stabilize menstrual cycle irregularities

(2) to help relieve premenstrual symptoms

(3) to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flashes.
 

Medicinal Ingredients:
Certified Organic Chastetree (Vitex agnus-castus, berries)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Distilled water, certified organic alcohol

Dosage:

Adults: Take 0.8-1.3 ml (25-40 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Cautions and Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy, or if symptoms worsen or persist.
