Medicinal Ingredients:
500 mg per capsule. A 5:1 concentration, each capsule contains 425 mg of dried Certified Organic Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum, seed) equivalent to 2125 mg and 75 mg of dried Certified Organic Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus, herb tops) equivalent to 375 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegicap), certified organic maltodextrin - Alcohol free
Dosage:
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily on an empty stomach.
